I'm John Batchel with my colleague, Professor Richard Epstein. I'm checking in on the courts on all matters,

but I don't think this is a court matter. It might be. The Democratic Party has now revealed the

autopsy that it hired to be done on its 2024 campaign where Vice President Harris fell short.

And the autopsy was ready, we're told December of 25, but they held it back for reasons I can't imagine.

I know there are reasons, but there's so many I can't pull it again.

They're all bad.

All right.

What I remember about the 2024 campaign is that it really wasn't a democratic choice by the Democratic Party.

President Biden did and did not and then did drop out, did and then did endorse

Vice President Harris.

But there was no primary process.

The voting people, the Democratic nominee did not represent the will of the Democratic Party activists who would

have made the choice during the primary process. And I believe that that was a shortfall. However,

what the autopsy identifies as a shortfall is that the party is run out of contact with

these categories, male, non-college graduate males, and also rural voters.

That is the autopsy.

Well, they certainly damage themselves, but the politics is so obscure.

You can't figure out who wanted one.

My view is if I were a vice president Harris, what I would have wanted by president,

the president to do is exactly what he did.

Yammer in store so as to make it impossible to have any kind of primary, which she surely

would have lost, and then try to pass his legitimacy onto her and a half-hearted way,
