Britain's most notorious jail, where he shared a cell

with a rapist, a murderer, and then a man who ended up in a psychiatric ward,

he's got some incredible stories to tell. So sit back, relax and enjoy. I started off by asking him,

did he always struggle with

conformity.

100% I've never been a conformist and I was actually terrible at school from

the beginning to the end bottom of the set bottom of class, all the way through. But I never saw school and that

path as something which will define my future and therefore I never stayed within the clutches of conformity.

School was became very difficult when I was around 131415 as I was diagnosed with ADHD

and I was prescribed a drug called ritalin. Now if anyone

listening knows what ritalin is it's it's basically acts in the same way

cocaine does on the brain and you're putting kids

on these is an amphetamine it works by increasing the dopamine levels and the

adrenaline levels it's Vietnam for kids, it's ridiculous.

And this gave me crippling anxiety in the day.

And by the time I got to the end of day,

my neuroadrennanin was depleted and my doping was depleted so I fell into the depths of depression and

in top of this I've always had insomnia my whole life still to this day and that infected my son son even more so I had to take more of my sleep medication and then more of the writel in medication to keep me up during the day.
