My colleague and co-host Bill Rajo, as I saw our informant David Diyud of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy, about reports that the administration, chiefly the president, put great pressure, strong arm is the metaphor, on Israel to delay or postpone or stand down from its dealing with the Hezbollah threat all the way from the Israeli border to the Latani River.

David answers in particular detail. Israel wanted to continue the offensive to clear out Hezbollah's threat.

So in response to this, Prime Minister, Netanyahu says, I'm tasking the Israelis to negotiate.

And there's been reporting consistently since that there's been heavy pressure,

if I'm quoting Israeli media,

heavy pressure by the U.S. administration on the Israelis to cease fighting in Lebanon.

Including up to the lead-up, right?

I think Iran wanted to save Hezbollah from losing Vinteshbyr,

and so they upped the ante on the 15th.

And within 24 hours, again, there were reports

that the U.S. administration was telling the Israelis stop it to facilitate specifically, explicitly to facilitate negotiations with Iran.

And they did. And then when the Israelis try to establish a new status quo, they can continue to attack Hezbollah at will as they did under the last ceasefire. President Trump

makes it absolutely clear you are not doing this.

So,
