F.T. this morning that it's serendipity, Rick. It knew you were arriving here to comment. Russian spy spacecraft

have intercepted Europe's key satellites, officials believe. Unencrypted

European communications are being targeted by Moscow. The connection to People's Republic of China,

of course, it is a no-limits friendship or exchange of values and ambitions and weapon systems and certainly money. So whatever the Russians

are up to doesn't stay in Moscow. You have written about China's plans to develop not just

low Earth orbit ability to penetrate communication systems, but to build out to the moon and then beyond.

Their ambition, it's called something magical.

The Chinese call their 100-year plan to populate the solar system to expand the power of the Chinese Communist Party

throughout our solar system is called Tian Gong Kui. It was revealed by the China Aerospace

Science and Technology Corporation in August 2023.
