Here, Starmar, is the Prime Minister of the Labor Party

dominant in the House of Commons since last election, I believe, plus 135.

So Labor can do what it wants, and these days what it wants to do is revolt.

There are candidates.

Andy Burnham, Mayor of Manchester, thrice elected,

and Angela Rainer, former deputy prime minister, resigned that post, stayed in Parliament because of questions about taxes, but now noting that she is a candidate for challenging Kirstarmer.

Andy Burnham is not a member of Parliament, meaning he must join Parliament in order to challenge

the Prime Minister, as I understand it. Recently, the Prime Minister made a decision to block

Andy Burnham for running from a

by-election where he would have easily triumphed. So, Simon, what is your measure of Rainer and

Burnham and Starmer? Is this ordinary politics in a dominant environment labor or something

unusual here?

I think this is very unusual. Andy Burnham, I've heard him on the radio talking and he is

charming. He's got charisma and that's just over the radio. He has that charisma. He tends to speak

in terms of very sensible ideas. He isn't talking about ideological ideas,

just ideas that might make the economy better and might make things better for the people

who live in Manchester. He's very good at it. And that is a big challenge for Kirstama, who isn't very charismatic and doesn't seem to make a lot of sense a lot of the time.

He did in the campaign to get the Labour Party back into the House of Commons as the ruling party.

But he seemed to lose it immediately after that. And Rainer is very

similar. She is more charismatic than Kiyosama, but I doubt she's more charismatic than Andy

Burnham. And I think Andy Burnham would be a good ad to the Labour Party and a very good
