The tragedy is vast.

Thousands, tens of thousands dead, many more wounded.

And what about the information we can get from Iran, the blackout?

Not only the Internet, but phones, and there's evidence of more jamming satellites, Starlink.

Here, Jonathan explains the scale of this, and it continues.

You're broadly correct.

So, internet was facing a total blackout up until I think a couple of days ago.

And what they did is they allowed very, very limited individuals and cases to have some access to internet, but it's against throttle.

So as a whole, when you look at it, it is 100% under an internet blackout.

We still don't have quite enough access to all

the videos coming out. It still takes a while. And unfortunately, authorities are also jamming

Starlink. And for you to be able to jam a satellite-based internet, that means you're using

military-grade jammers that are very dangerous to the average person just on the ground.

So they're using whatever opportunity they have to disconnect Iranians from each other and

also Iranians from the outside world.

And it's not just internet outages, like you said.

They cut out landlines and they were also doing targeted electricity cutting as well in

certain neighborhoods.
