Secretary of State Mr. Rubio is phase one underway. Phase two is establish the economy as

stable. Phase three is transition to democracy. All well and good, but we must deal with the

personnel left in place after Maduro's hasty exit. Mary, a very good evening to you. As I understand

that there are four factions to pay attention to at the head of these narco-terrorist gangs.

One is the Rodriguez's.

This is Dulce and Jorge Rodriguez.

She is the now elevated president, former vice president.

He is the head of the National Assembly.

Two is Padrina Lopez, the highest-ranking military man, head of the army.

Three is the man named Deistado Cabello.

He's the minister of interior meeting the police, the secret police, the guys with the guns.

And four is the Maduro gang, now without a head, but still they want their payday.

All right.

Within one of those gangs and the one with the guns in the city,

that's the police, the secret police, the guys that come in the night, the torture chambers.

Diasdato Cabello is a man named Gonzales Lopez.

Who is he and why are we watching them closely?
