Russia launches massive drone attack on Ukraine before winter holidays.

That's the front page of the Financial Times, the pink paper out of London, that it indicates

that the negotiations for the end of or the ceasing fire of the Ukraine conflict, there's

very little chance none at Christmas time.

So we look to the new year, but before then we have to turn to what the EU has accomplished

through a great deal of turmoil this last year to find a way to use the frozen Russian assets

in various parts of the European Union deposited in order to aid the people of Ukraine,

both in the conflict that continues into the winter and for the theoretical rebuilding later.

I welcome my colleague guide on the EU and NATO, but EU especially,

27 very powerful states in a combined union of 450 million consumers and a great deal of wealth.
