0:40.7	Well, China is very important to North Korea, and the Ukrainian war is included in this,
0:45.9	especially since about 2019, the Chinese have just stopped really enforcing the sanctions
0:52.6	at all.
0:53.1	So North Korea is totally reliant on dual-use technologies to support its military
1:01.4	industrial complex, such as it is, because obviously they don't manufacture a lot of
1:07.2	stuff on its own.
1:08.0	So on their own.
1:08.9	So a lot of stuff that's stolen or procured illicitly and illegally from third-party countries.
1:16.7	And that all goes through China.
1:18.8	It's starting to come through Russia now as well.
1:22.2	But they're not as big a player in procuring all of that dual-use stuff that North Korea gets as China is.
1:29.2	And that's because China's just been doing it longer.
1:32.0	Again, somewhat, one not somewhat.
1:35.0	I mean, they were doing it a lot.
1:36.3	Chinese companies.
1:38.1	So when the United States would take action, they wouldn't take action against, quote-unquote,
