Single motherhood. It's one of the things that I get the most questions about on social media

and in regards to the podcast because I think people are curious. How do you do it? How do you make it

work? How do you provide for your kids? How do you parent them as just a single mom?

And so on this episode, I thought it might be actually fun, yes, fun, to talk about single motherhood

by having on a good old friend of mine, Bridget Buas, as we go into all the logistics and

interesting things, I think, and some of the lessons we've learned as single moms. So whether

women who want to feel healthy, look good, and stay organized. We're real women doing our best to live well anyway in the

midst of life's chaos. I'm so glad you're here. And today, as I mentioned in the introduction,

I have a good old friend of mine on the show today, Bridget Bewis. As you'll hear in this episode,

we were both homeschoolers, we were both stay-at-home moms and we both had the

need to get out of abusive marriages. But that was all a few years ago now and we've both moved on to

different parts of our lives where we're really in it. We're in this single motherhood thing.

We are providing for our families. We're living on our own, not with family anymore. And so we

wanted to give a little bit of a picture of what life is like now, how we do that providing, the lessons we've learned about parenting, some of the struggles that we've had, and how we make it all work.

I hope that all of you, no matter if you're a single mom or not, will find this episode insightful maybe, maybe helpful if you have friends who are in a
