Single motherhood. It's one of the things that I get the most questions about on social media

0:05.4

and in regards to the podcast because I think people are curious. How do you do it? How do you make it

0:10.7

work? How do you provide for your kids? How do you parent them as just a single mom?

0:16.2

And so on this episode, I thought it might be actually fun, yes, fun, to talk about single motherhood

by having on a good old friend of mine, Bridget Buas, as we go into all the logistics and

0:28.5

interesting things, I think, and some of the lessons we've learned as single moms. So whether

0:33.4

you are a single mom or you just want to know more about how we make things work, stay tuned for this episode.

0:43.5

need to get out of abusive marriages. But that was all a few years ago now and we've both moved on to

1:17.0

different parts of our lives where we're really in it. We're in this single motherhood thing.

1:21.3

We are providing for our families. We're living on our own, not with family anymore. And so we

1:26.6

wanted to give a little bit of a picture of what life is like now, how we do that providing, the lessons we've learned about parenting, some of the struggles that we've had, and how we make it all work.

1:38.1

I hope that all of you, no matter if you're a single mom or not, will find this episode insightful maybe, maybe helpful if you have friends who are in a

1:46.0

similar situation. And if nothing else, maybe it'll just be entertaining. But before we get there,

1:51.4

I also want to remind you that we have made some recent changes to Patreon. You guys, I'm so

1:56.3

excited about this because I think we've made it more accessible for people. So we now have two main

2:01.9

levels, a $5 level called Here For It, where you get to be in there for the three live broadcasts

2:07.6

that I do every single week. So Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I am in there chatting with you guys,
