I am so excited about today's episode because I had never read anything by this author before.

This was my first foray into her writing. And it was the perfect first read of anything by Shawna Nequist because this book

hit me right where I have been for the past four and a half years. Her new book, I guess I haven't learned that yet,

talks about how she has had to weigh through challenges and really, really big changes in her

life and grappling with both finding joy, but also dealing with the really hard parts of that

and grappling with it in our bodies and just walking forward
