0:23.0 | journey as we figure it out together. And just to get us started, I'll go first. And today, we are |
0:28.1 | actually featuring a conversation that I had on about a year ago with my massage therapist, |
0:32.9 | Hannah Thompson. Now, you may be wondering, why am I repeating this episode just a year later? Well, |
0:39.0 | there's a few reasons for it. First of all, I just got to see Hannah again this past week. A very |

0:49.6 | been having all kinds of issues with my neck and different things for a good long time now. And so she so |
0:56.3 | graciously gifted me a massage with Hannah for Christmas and I was just finally able to get it. |

1:38.3 | profound. And the ability that massage has to be able to help us to detox and work things out of our muscles |
1:45.5 | that are even things that our muscles have held onto from trauma. And there's just so many things |
1:52.0 | that I think massage is helpful with. And I wanted to kind of bring that to the surface again, |
1:58.5 | reignite that conversation. Even I noticed that that day that I |
2:03.1 | had the massage, I was a little bit more emotional. And I could definitely feel things kind of |
2:08.2 | working themselves out in my body. And it reminded me of just how powerful getting in there and |
2:15.1 | needing those things and breaking that stuff up in our bodies can be. |
