Welcome to Live Well, I'm your host, Mackenzie Kappa, and on this podcast, we focus on wellness, beauty, style, planning, and life. Basically, life is messy. And here we learn to live well anyway.

You guys, I'm so excited for this solo show today where we are going to be talking all about

reading. Because believe it or not, we are in the home stretch of 2021 and i don't know

about you but my reading life has taken a little bit of a hit this year and so we are going to

talk about what we can do to kind of re-get on the reading bandwagon and some little hacks and tips and tricks and definitely a lot of book

ideas to get us inspired to be reading again and just help us to make that a part of our life

because I know that when I can kind of pull myself out of that dark and slumpy place and start

actively using my brain again.

I always start to feel a little bit better.

I start to feel a little bit more like myself.

I start to feel a whole lot smarter because I'm reading again.
