Hey mama, welcome back from your, um, from your whirlwind of a work trip.

The bitch is back everyone and I want to say thank you to Lear. I didn't

get to listen to the episode yet but I still like clips of it and she's the best.

I'm so glad that she got to fill in and we still got to do our job. So thank you to Lear. I know all the crusaders love her.

So how was the episode? How was going in studio and being a professional? I missed going to the studio. You know fun fact is I live in the same building as a studio. I literally said to put my with John was on a walk downstairs and I was at the studio. So I was like, how convenient.

So I haven't been back there.

I'm gonna start going over there more often.

love it. The amenities there I got some some water. It was good to get back in the

studio. We should definitely go back there one day day I know you're I know you're a

busy gal and your schedule doesn't allow for but I would love to go there once a month

I mean that would be amazing and then we can knock out some episodes that would be that would be awesome and I saw the I saw the

video and it looks so professional like you guys looked like a professional podcast.
