| 1:05.4 | nutrition and health and wellness for most of my life. And I kind of think of my life in different chapters. |

| 1:46.9 | through kind of traditional learning, reading the latest journal articles and reports, but I've |
| 1:51.7 | also really made an effort to spend a lot of time on farms, working with food recovery, |
| 1:57.7 | nonprofits, school lunch programs. So when I'm reflecting upon my life and what I've |
| 2:03.0 | done, I think of those kind of chapters. And it more than anything, it really started off as like |
| 2:08.8 | I had a very narrow view on nutrition. And it just continued to widen over the years. So yeah. |
