Summary

The fuel of entrepreneurial spirit can be transformative - this is never truer than in the story of Dr Sabrina Cohen-Hatton.

Homeless as just 15 years old, Sabrina faced the most difficult, terrifying and tragic set of circumstances. Yet her entrepreneurial mindset burned bright, whilst living on the streets, she not only became a Big Issue seller but completed her GCSE’s too.

At 16 Sabrina found her way back to independence as set her sights on the Fire Service and by the age of 18 she was quickly progressing through the ranks.

Sabrina is now one of only six female fire chiefs in the UK, she has a Masters and PHD in Psychology and has led on pioneering which has informed national policy.

Sabrina and Holly discuss life on the streets, true grit and determination and the role of women in a typically male dominated industry.  Heart searingly open and honest, Sabrina is the epitome of an inspirational woman.
