So today I'm talking with Dr. Marcy, as she's known.

Dr. Marcy is a child behavioral specialist, and she's the author of the book,

Love Your Classroom again. She's also the

founder and director of Behavior and Beyond. I was introduced to Dr.

Marcy's work when I heard her speaking about bullying prevention on a local news channel here in New York City where we're

both based.

And I'm really excited to have her here as a guest on the podcast to share those tips and

information that she has with you all as well.

Marcy, I want to start by defining what bullying is and what it isn't because I feel like bullying has become sort of this catch-all term that people use whenever anyone says anything unkind.

I'll just say, you know, he insulted me, he's a bully.
