On Friday night, Kali and I watched Father of the Bride, part three-ish, that you were so excited

0:07.6

about. Did it meet your expectations? I thought it was so well done, especially considering the

0:14.7

circumstances. They were all acting like over Zoom, so they weren't even together. And we're

0:23.3

not going to give away any spoilers. So if you haven't seen it yet, we're not going to reveal

0:28.0

what the subject matter was. I will tell you that I, while watching it, was, and you don't even

0:37.9

know this, but on more than one occasion, I teared up. Did you? What did you tear up?

0:44.1

We can't talk about what made me tear up because we can't ruin it for anybody who hasn't seen it.

0:48.6

Oh, okay. But there were definitely, I mean, there were parts in there that were just so

0:54.0

Father of the Bride sweet. And I was like, oh, and it was also, it's just because that's such a classic

1:01.9

movie. And I kind of, yeah, I love that movie. And they just felt so nostalgic, you know?

1:07.7

1:19.7

But like Diane Keaton looks flawless. Steve Martin has changed, like he doesn't look any different

1:26.6

than he has in like 20 years. He has an aged sense 1972. I mean, he's been the same age as long

1:34.0

as I have been on this planet. Yeah. And he's so funny. Yeah. Like he jumped right back in

1:41.1

a George Banks. It was awesome. I think that Steve Martin and also Will Ferrell, those two actors

1:51.6

and then Tina Fey and Amy Poler, I automatically have a built in, like I will laugh at whatever they

2:01.7

do. Like if they ever did a serious role, I would struggle with that. Yeah. Because the minute I

2:07.0

see Will Ferrell, I'm ready to laugh. The minute I see Tina Fey and Amy Poler together, I'm ready

2:13.2

to laugh. Right. So same with Steve Martin. And he's so talented. Like he, yeah, it's just, I feel like

2:20.0

it's a very hard thing probably for actors to go from like a role, an iconic role that they had.

2:25.9

And then it's been what since the 90s. So that's 25 years since they played that character. And
