Good evening, everyone, and welcome to Hollywood Godfather podcast, and I'm here only tonight with Megan.

Pat is under the weather, Pitcharelli, our co-host, who co-wrote the book.

But I have a guest tonight that it's ironic how many times he's crossed my life in and out without me known because basically my first introduction to him was from his father

and his father's a gentleman you all know in his life called Nick, I mean Tony Liff.

And Nick wrote the book, Green Book, and the movie, and here he is.

And I'm happy to say he's doing 10-hour miniseries on my book that he's doing, and we're all together.

Yes.

I can't tell the audience where we first met. Nobody would believe this.

Well, we actually first met in the wedding scenes of the Godfather. I was a little kid.

That's 14 years ago. It's amazing.

11 years old. And my father, if you saw Green Book, you saw my father worked in the Copeland nightclub.

So I guess the director, Francis, for Coppola, casting director, Johnny Lou DeJamo, right?

Paul Lou, I love Lou.

Yeah.

And they met him, they saw his face, and they said, we're doing this movie, We're going to put you in it. And then they asked him if you had any kids. They said, we're doing this big wedding scene. So my brother and I actually screen tested for Francis Ford Copp. We did a screen test. And they loved us because we were real brothers.

And we were going to be the kids in the family, but we were a little older than the kids.

I was a little too old.

So we didn't make it to be the family kids, but we made it into the movie.
