| 0:00.0 | Welcome to a year in the Bible with daily grace. My name is Kristen and my name is Katie and we want to spend a few minutes a day with you walking through the New Testament one chapter at a time. |
| 0:11.0 | This year we will fix our gaze upon Christ so that we may know |
| 0:14.9 | him, not only with our minds but with our hearts. Together we will learn that |
| 0:19.1 | who Jesus is changes everything. |
| 0:26.0 | Welcome back to a year in the Bible with daily grace. |
| 0:30.8 | My name is Kristen Schmucker and we are about to wrap up Matthew in our journey through the New Testament and I am so glad that you are here. |
| 0:34.3 | I'm using the Behold study guides from the Daily Grace Co and I'll link those for |

| 1:16.5 | innocent person is cursed. This was known as betraying innocent blood and |
| 1:21.1 | was very serious. In guilt and shame Judas tries to give back the |
| 1:26.1 | money and ultimately ends up taking his own life. The heartbreak here is so |
| 1:30.9 | multifaceted. It seems that Judas was trying to atone for his own sins, but the reality |
| 1:37.1 | was that Jesus was the only one that could do that. The scene shifts to Jesus again |
| 1:42.3 | before Pilate. The interaction between Pyla and |
| 1:45.0 | between Pyla and Jesus is so heartbreaking. |
