Summary

In this episode, we will be talking about Cyndi Vanderheiden. Cyndi was the last known victim of the Speed Freak Killers as they were both arrested shortly after her disappearance. You will also be presented with the missing person case of Phillip Cabot Lloyd Martin. Phillip went missing on September 30th, 1993, and is believed to be a possible victim of Shermantine and Herzog.
