| 0:21.0 | Welcome to it. |
| 0:23.0 | So today we're going to talk about a very specific issue, one that I have heard about over and |
| 0:28.0 | over and over again through the many years that I've been doing this work. |
| 0:33.0 | And we're going to talk about migraines. |
| 0:36.0 | And you know, I know you hear me say often that migraines and back pain and irritable bowel and skin disorders and pelvic pain and fibro and chronic fatigue and etc etc etc are all interchangeable in the world of TMS, which they absolutely are. |
| 0:57.0 | And I have piles and piles of evidence and so many of you on this podcast to speak to that. |
| 1:07.0 | Even so, there are certain times where I feel it is important to give a symptom a place in the spotlight. |
| 1:16.0 | And the reason why I say that is because when a symptom becomes really ubiquitous and when I'm hearing about it over and over again, so many speak pipes, so many DMs, so many emails about specific types of symptoms. |

| 2:15.0 | And in terms of my you know, exploit explanation and the specific healing attached to it. |
| 2:22.0 | And I've done this before for different symptoms over the years, certainly with back pain, certainly with pelvic pain. |
| 2:27.0 | And today I want to focus on migraines and I've been hearing from so many of you and actually not just from you directly, but it's in the zeitgeist. |
| 2:36.0 | You know, I've been hearing about it in on social media and in art, which I'll talk about. |
| 2:43.0 | And so, and so anyway, there are a couple reasons I'm coming to you today. |
| 2:47.0 | The first is I want to share a speak pipe I received from Abigail about her migraines about her specific confusion around her emotional ability to connect with her with her heart and herself and her confusion as to why she has sometimes up to 25. |
