Summary

Lisa and I are always seeking to answer the biggest questions being pondered in our communities, and one that always comes up is around, "Is my symptom TMS and how it is that so many symptoms are?!" I know these are not the messages we grew up with as kids -  that headaches and backaches and nerve pain and stomach issues care all essentially the same thing, but in the TMS world, we know that it's true. The pain is NOT in your head, but the solution is not in your body. The concept of the symptom imperative is very important in this discussion. This past summer we did the Summer Series, and the symptom imperative episode was one of the most impactful. Today we bring it back for a reprise, to answer many of these frequently asked questions.
