Summary

Scarlett was so distraught when she found this work. She was in her 40's, using a walker to get around, unable to climb stairs, and a failed back surgery left her with severe neuropathy and totally bereft. After finding my work through her research on Dr. Sarno, Scarlett dove in and took my online course Freedom From Chronic Pain. It began her journey, and by the time we met at a small retreat I did in DE over 5 years ago, she was able to climb the stairs and give me a hug! She went on to attend my first ever OMEGA retreat that summer, and her life has changed in so many ways. I love Scarlett's story, and her message of "living the work" is one we all need to hear. 0:24.6	Oh my goodness, I just got done talking with Scarlet.
0:28.4	I am just so on fire for the work right now after hearing her update.
0:34.3	So today we're going to be talking to Scarlet.
0:36.1	She was a very original member of my global community.
0:42.3	I met Scarlet several years ago, probably about five or six years ago, when she came to
0:49.1	a small retreat that I did locally where I live.
0:54.6	And I think I mentioned her recently because I was talking about being anticipating this
1:00.2	interview that she walked up the stairs because it was the second floor building that I
1:05.4	was doing the retreat.
1:08.3	And she just burst into tears because she couldn't believe the gratitude that she felt
1:12.9	to say to me that she wasn't sure she would ever walk up stairs again and she was only
1:17.5	in her 40s.
1:19.7	And so obviously life went on in a very beautiful way.
1:25.1	Scarlet really threw herself into the work.
