Yeah exactly that's a good mindset that's a good mindset and that kind of leads us into our

first question because there's a lot of people who are not going to get this opportunity or are still trying to get this opportunity.

So now that you've had the chance to play, big brother, what is one piece of advice you would give for someone if they're lucky enough to be chosen to go on the show.

Embrace it.

It's going to be really hard.

It's a pressure cooker.

You guys know this.

It's crazy in there. And know the best advice I can give is just to adapt, have faith in yourself,

trust your intuition and you know take it day by day.

Yeah yeah that that's really good advice I mean adjusting in this game is is crucial because

nobody really understands how much of a pressure cooker it is until you're in there.

Absolutely I never expected it to be like that right. I mean none of us did so that brings us
