After Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, Terrica moved to Lafayette, LA and her real estate journey began. Terrica is now a real estate agent and developer, published author, seasoned investor with over 100 real estate holdings, owner of the largest real estate crowdfunding company in Louisiana, and founding investor in Madeline Cove, a $15 million dollar mixed use development in Lafayette, LA.
