Doctor Brenda Paige is reclining in a seat. Her long dark hair looks shiny. It's resting

slightly on her shoulders then cascading down her back. Her skin looks tanned against

the pale blue white and navy cardigan she's wearing. She has a big, beautiful, wide smile.

In this snapshot she looks happy and maybe she was. She had a lot going for her. Her career

as a cytogeneticist was accelerating. She had a wonderful group of intelligent, fascinating

friends. She had numerous cats she'd rescued, her own flat and nice neighbors. And she'd

ended her unhappy marriage and was moving on. But there was a darkness looming and she

knew it was coming for her.

She was so scared she even warned people she might be killed and by whose hands and

how they'd get away with it. She was right.

And thus I clothe my naked villainy with odd old ends stolen out of Holy Rit and see

Miss Saint when most I play the devil.

And Shakespeare's Richard III act one ends with in glorifying his evil nature and declaring

he will stop at nothing in his ambition. He has no conscience and lays blame for his

villainy and his ugly deformed body. While delighting in his ability to place Saint

her devil, a fitting likeness to the killer in this story, Saint and devil, Jacqueline

Hyde, charming and charismatic, conniving and violent, no remorse, no regret and an arrogance
