Summary

This week on the On Call Room Izzie and George make a huge mistake, Cristina and Meredith are avoiding people in closets, and attendings are fighting in the hallways of the hospital.

Chief invites in the renowned surgeon Dr. Colin Marlow who just happens to be Cristina's old professor...who she happened to do the dirty dirty with...for three years. Burke is put off and all the attendings are showboating. Derek performs open heart surgery and Mark does face surgery on Ava causing her cervix to blow up.

Susan Grey is trying to mommy Meredith and is showing up everywhere. She forces herself over for dinner with Thatcher. Derek comes along and even though Alex crashes the feast it doesn't make the situation any less awkward.

George and Callie get in a big fight and he calls her curvy "face to palm". George heads over to Izzie's with a fifth and demands they drink together because he needs to be convinced he should have married Callie. They drink all the alcohol and Izzie wakes up with George naked next to her in her bed, implying they banged it out. Whoops. How are they going to get out of this mess??

What's up, bitches? Or do you think people like, they know whenever they started, like, they're going

0:33.5

to hear us fumble on our words. They're just going to hear us talking about something.

0:38.7

Right. We don't always even say. Lately we have though and I can't stop saying it. Well, I think

0:44.3

it makes sense because it's a podcast and we should be welcoming our members, our listeners.

0:51.7

I really wonder like where people are when they're listening.

0:55.0

Like where do you listen the most?

0:57.1

To this podcast or to any podcast?

1:00.6

I usually listen to podcasts when I'm like cleaning the house or that's usually when I listen to them.

1:08.5

I used to listen to them at work when I could, but now I have a job where I sit in front of people all day. So that's not a not a thing. So it's usually like when I'm home bopping around by myself. Do you ever find that when you're having a phone conversation with someone, I get so much done? Oh yeah. You put your headphones in and all of a sudden your house is clean.

1:30.2

You're scrubbing like baseboards and you're like, why?

1:33.9

What am I doing?

1:34.7

Yes.

1:35.3

It's my favorite thing when it happens and it like overtakes you and then you're like, how did this happen?

1:40.2

Because it's like you're not actually, you don't have to think that you're doing, you don't have to think about the fact that you're doing.

1:46.7

Right.

1:47.0

Like, what if you're not like talking to someone, then you're just like, this sucks.

1:50.1

I'm scrubbing baseboards.

1:51.5

Well, and also I feel like, it's not like I feel like I'm wasting my time when I talk to people.
