When I got off of work, about nine or ten hours later, and I had turned my phone off because

it was just constantly ringing. Text messages coming in, so I just turned my phone off while

it was at work. And so when I got off work, I turned my phone on and I had about 150 text messages

waiting for me and then endless phone calls and voice mails. A person like you need to answer me,

pick up your phone, fire you, ignore me. And then it stemmed from like the anger of why are you

ignoring me? To like, you know, I'm never going to stop if you actually wanted me not to talk to you,

you would have blocked me already and you haven't, so you obviously want me to continue texting you and calling you.

with Ty James, who's stalked by a woman he casually dated for a short time. Ty is a single dad

and content creator for social media who met a woman through an online dating app.

After a few dates, he decided to end things, but she couldn't accept it and started sending him

hundreds of messages and calling him nonstop. He confronted her and told her to stop contacting him,

blocking her from his phone and across all social media platforms. She continued to reach out

through fake accounts and began sending packages to his house, both hand-delivered and through online

orders. Among the many packages he was receiving, he also found a decapitated squirrel's head

and an apple airtake tucked under the rear bumper of one of his vehicles. Fearing for his and his

children's safety, he turned to the police and was granted a restraining order. He ascends

gone public with the stocking story to increase awareness and uses his social media presence to warn

others about the dangers of stalking. Ty, thank you for joining us today. Thank you for having me.
