from Alabama to like Indiana or Illinois something like that.

I'm Jamie BB and I'm Jake Deptula. On today's episode of Strickly Stock and we're speaking with Clara, who was

stalked in college by another student who catfished her.

Clara would be friend of a student who lived down the hall in her dorm, who told wild and unbelievable

stories about her life.

This friend told Clara that her guy friend from back home was interested in meeting her and set them up together through text.

Clara started to notice the guy would never text when she was with her friend and things weren't adding up.

She started investigating who the guy really was, discovered her friend was actually impersonating him.

Doing a search on Facebook, Clara found the real guy from the photos her friend gave her and reached out to him telling him what happened.

He knew of Clara's friend and was disturbed that she had told Clara private details about his life, that she shouldn't have known, and that she had been stalking him and had a long history of lying.

Clara told her dorm array, which led to a dramatic confrontation and resulted in the other girl having to move to another dorm.

Years later, Clara made a tick-tock about her story and she found out even more disturbing facts, including other victims and another perpetrator.

What was your life like growing up?

Very normal. I say to parent household, we moved around a lot, but basically like dinner, home cooked dinner every night, I tried every sport and instrument and my parents were very supportive of all of that.

Just normal middle-class American life.

And what did you want to be when you grew up?

I was convinced I was going to be the best spy or secret agent, special agent in the FBI. I was obsessed with Nancy Drew, criminal minds, CSI, all of that.
