Summary

Nikki was seventeen when she met the man she would later date, have a child with, and would eventually become her stalker. During the relationship, he was controlling and abusive. Every time Nikki tried to leave, he lured her back with promises that things would get better. When she became pregnant with their child, the abuse escalated to the point that Nikki was held captive and tortured. When she was able to get help, her stalker was arrested. Nikki moved over 3000 miles away, but when he was released from jail, he found her, threatened her, and continued to stalk her. He called her work, harassed her boss, and made constant threats against her and her family. 0:58.6	Stalking we're speaking with Nikki who was snog by the father of her son. When
1:02.1	Nikki was 17 she met the man she had later date, have a child with and
1:05.8	eventually would become her stalker. In the relationship he was controlling
1:09.4	first then became verbally physically and sexually abusive to Nikki. Every
1:13.5	time she tried to leave him he lured her back with promises that things would
1:16.7	get better. When she became pregnant the abuse continued. During one
1:20.5	particularly abusive episode Nikki reached out to her mother for help. Her
1:24.2	mother sent the police and the father of Nikki's son was arrested spending months
1:28.2	in jail. During this time Nikki moved over 3,000 miles away but after her
1:31.9	stalker was released from jail he found her calling texting harassing and
1:36.1	threatening her. He called her work harassed her boss and made constant
1:39.9	threats against her family. Her friends even alerted her that he had found the
1:43.4	address of where she was staying and had every intention of murdering her.
