So before we get started, let's introduce our listeners to you. Tell us about yourself. What's

your athletic background and how did you become the guy behind the movement system? Yeah, good question.

So I guess I got into fitness actually through running initially and that was largely

to condition for other sports like soccer.

So my two sports, at least in high school, were soccer and cross country.

And I ran, you know, competitively through college, but not at college, more just like

recreational triathlons.

But I tried to stay competitive.

And I just, like, enjoy being a competitive person.

So I even took my intramural sports at college seriously and wanted to be well-conditioned
