0:30.3	year-long study. Today, we are beginning 2nd Peter in chapter 1, and as always, you can follow along

0:50.5	writes to these christians scattered throughout asiaately four years later, we learn that the persecution is still pressing on the church,
1:00.0	and to make matters worse, false teachers are distorting the gospel and attempting to deceive believers.
1:06.0	Not only are these Christians suffering for their faith, but now they are being tempted to doubt the very foundation they stand upon.
1:14.6	Peter writes one last time to these believers to encourage them and strengthen them in the faith before he passes away.
