Summary

In part two of this story, Peyton, Levi, and Ivy compete in an ice skating contest set by the ice witch Sydney to unfreeze their friend Peter. Despite using magic to hinder them, the trio focuses on friendship over winning. After realizing the importance of companionship, Sydney apologizes for her actions and is welcomed into their group, leading to joyful skating together without competition.
