and I'm joined by my friend, Professor

Richard Leduke. Hello, Garrett. In this podcast, it's going to be a little bit different.

We're going to focus, we're going to start, at least to focus on one section of the doctrine

covenants, section 58. And when you think of section 58 in the doctrine covenants,

generally, you think of verses 26 and 27.

For behold, it is not meat that I should command in all things.

For he that is compelled in all things, the same is a slothful and not a wise servant.

Wherefore he receiveth no reward, barely, I say, men should be anxiously engaged in a good cause

and do many things of

their own free will and bring to pass much righteousness.

So that's the popular verses that come from that session.

That even gets into our lexicon.

I mean, you always hear people saying we need to be anxiously engaged.

Anxiously engaged.

That phrase is, you hear it a lot.
