But obviously we've got a generation now that has grown up on far more organic products.

They're far more sustainably minded, or than we were at our age or our contemporary were at his age.

So what we wanted to do was create choice. We wanted to create an

loads of parents' eyes is if we are putting less pesticides

and chemicals into our children, surely that's a good thing.

It was such a pleasure speaking to Patrick and Karen O'Flarete and they're a husband and wife team who founded PIP Organic and I bet you're nodding your heads there because PIP Organic for me is it makes me think about taking Harry out and when we were out and about

I would always head to Pip-organic for his juices and Patrick and Karen have just shared their story literally from Borough

Market in the rain where they're standing there selling their juices and how they actually came up with this idea that that was going to be their lives.

And I just love this conversation because it just highlights that so many of these wonderful podcasts that we record here is all about the

niche. It's all about finding your niche as a person and for Karen and Patrick

their lives were going to be about organic juice. So it makes me think

what's your life going to be about? My life is about small businesses and I just

love the fact that they were passionate, they've gone through the ups and downs. There's all the stories of a classic entrepreneur and going for things and Karen realizing that Patrick had bought the biggest piece of machinery without her knowing,

and they had nowhere to put it. These stories are what makes us feel something about a brand when we pass them by and we see a logo.
