0:04.6	They're far more sustainably minded, or than we were at our age or our contemporary were at his age.
0:11.6	So what we wanted to do was create choice. We wanted to create an

0:23.0	loads of parents' eyes is if we are putting less pesticides
0:26.4	and chemicals into our children, surely that's a good thing.
0:30.4	It was such a pleasure speaking to Patrick and Karen O'Flarete and they're a husband and wife team who founded PIP Organic and I bet you're nodding your heads there because PIP Organic for me is it makes me think about taking Harry out and when we were out and about
0:46.5	I would always head to Pip-organic for his juices and Patrick and Karen have just shared their story literally from Borough
0:56.0	Market in the rain where they're standing there selling their juices and how they actually came up with this idea that that was going to be their lives.
1:06.7	And I just love this conversation because it just highlights that so many of these wonderful podcasts that we record here is all about the
1:15.7	niche. It's all about finding your niche as a person and for Karen and Patrick
1:20.6	their lives were going to be about organic juice. So it makes me think
1:24.7	what's your life going to be about? My life is about small businesses and I just
1:29.7	love the fact that they were passionate, they've gone through the ups and downs. There's all the stories of a classic entrepreneur and going for things and Karen realizing that Patrick had bought the biggest piece of machinery without her knowing,
1:45.9	and they had nowhere to put it. These stories are what makes us feel something about a brand when we pass them by and we see a logo.
1:55.4	When you hear the story now of what it took to get that packet of juice in that cafe,
2:01.1	you're never going to look at it the same.
2:03.3	And so today I wish you the spirit, the bravery,
2:08.5	to find your own niche, have a think and go for it.
