0:29.0	Tiffany here and today we study Ezekiel chapters 13 through 15.
0:34.7	These chapters will focus on false prophets, idolatrous hearts, and judgment on the unrighteous.
0:42.8	Through Ezekiel, God uses some unique examples to make his point concerning Judas sin and
0:49.3	rebellion.
0:50.9	And though these chapters can seem harsh, they serve as a great reminder for Christians
0:56.0	today to be vigilant against the false prophets of our own time.
1:01.8	As we get started with chapter 13, let's remember that we are in a section from chapters
1:07.4	4 through 24 where Ezekiel prophesized judgment on Judah.
1:13.8	Ezekiel is already in captivity in Babylon after he was taken in the second siege of Jerusalem.
1:20.8	And these prophecies come before the final and third siege of Jerusalem in 586 BC.
1:28.7	Through Ezekiel, the Lord calls out the false prophets in Judah.
1:34.4	These people speak lying divinations and share false visions.
1:40.0	God says they are foolish and speak nonsense to the people.
1:45.0	Ezekiel uses the example of plastering and whitewashing a flimsy wall.
