What's the number one thing on planet earth that I hate?

Inefficiency. And I had an experience with FedEx trying to get a package delivered that screamed

inefficiency on 10 different levels. And I I don't I'm not even mad at them. I just want

to fix them because it was easily avoidable inefficiency. And you're a fixer.

Yes. And can I tell you where it started? I they give in a chat option to track a package,

you know, into whatever I had to try to reschedule it. And so you type in your name and your email

address and a phone number where they can call you and the usual like basic info. And then you hit

start chat. And it says, we are connecting you with the next available chat customer service agent.

You are 77th in line or in the queue. And I'm thinking, why would you even tell me that?

Like no matter how fast it goes, like still feel momentarily defeated by the number 77.

Yes. And to their credit, I think it took about five minutes and they and they updated like every 30 seconds.

I went from like 77 down to 68 down to 61 down to 54. And it went fairly quickly.

But like don't tell people something that can't be perceived as good news.

Maybe, maybe they could work on their discretion a little bit.

Yeah, I don't know. I don't I just I just I did. Number one is inefficiency and number two is dumb.

And that was inefficient and dumb.
