We have a lot of really funny stories for you planned today because we are talking about

parent teacher conferences. I just had those last week. A lot of anxiety.

So much anxiety. See, I don't know how often do you have them in elementary school?

I'm twice a year. So we do one year? Yeah, we do one in the fall and then we have spring conferences.

So like it's always a known fact. You're going to have more conferences in the fall and no one's

going to show up in the spring. But I mean, this time around, I actually did get quite a few.

And they went well, but I always get anxiety about conferences. I don't know.

I can't nervous. Do we talk about if you have to call for a conference, don't pick up, don't pick up, don't pick up.

Yeah, you know what I mean. You have to call them.

That's right. It's not a text. No way.

We have four. So we do a home visit, which is I feel like such an out-of-date practice, but we do a

home visit then we do, then we do a conference and then you do a conference and then you do a home visit.

See, I, my first year teaching, I had one conference and it wasn't, it was because the kid

like cheated on something and got caught. And then my second year teaching, I had one conference.

Wait, you didn't have to do... No, we don't.

We don't know why I had to go to conferences with my second year because the mom thought that I hated her
