to have consolidated sleep and the different ways to go about doing it. So we're going to go over all

those ways. Some of those ways are controversial because they involve what's known as cry it out.

It is absolutely possible to do it without that but it's also okay to do it with that and the

reason why I wanted Dr. Braunstein is because he is a specialist who treats sleep disorders across

the ages and I thought we should make sure that we had his take on prevention of many of the things

that come up in his practice because we can start kids off with healthy sleep habits out of the

gate. So in talking about healthy sleep habits we're going to talk about what's in our control.

You can't actually force a child to sleep but you can set up an environment and parenting behaviors

that can help your children and infants get the best sleep possible. We're also talking about the

science behind sleep and the science behind methods of teaching your children how to sleep

so that you can feel safe with all the recommendations and then of course the practical soup to
