Celebrate these players. Celebrate Chelsea and their staff for making the hard decision. I know

it still pains me to talk about Frank Lampard because he's a club legend. His place in our history

is secure. He was a fundamental building block for where we are now and bringing those academy

players along. But Thomas Tuchel has taken this team next level and what he has achieved with

this club is nothing short of amazing, Chris. Incredible. And we keep talking about the same points.

But sometimes they're done with different players, but that's kind of the mark of a system working.

A coach coming in and laying down foundations from the beginning. And Thomas Tuchel, I think,

has had to improvise. It's not necessarily what his identity has been as a coach throughout his

career. And yet you lay down a system where incentive and fuel that can change and the forward

line it can change and that back three it can change. Left back has changed. There are so many

things that have been rotated even within Tuchel's time and Chelsea have an identity. You know what
