Welcome everybody to an emergency pod.

I woke up bright and early this morning, Chris Whittingham, a Champions League draw day.

And I went in as I alluded to in the last episode, coming off of that brilliant advancement

into the quarterfinals against Athleticoma Dread.

I went in feeling different.

I know Chelsea haven't been this far in the Champions League for quite some time, but

considering how stout the defense is, it's just like, look, we're going to have to go through

some big boppers anyway.

Bring them on.

I'm going to keep thinking that way because anytime that I root for the easiest draw, it

never happens.

And there I am down to 10 men at Barcelona.

But now, Porto and the winner of Real Madrid Liverpool and every expert saying that this

broke in every possible way for a deep Chelsea run.

Now, I'm not going to give you the freezing cold, take stuff.

I respect Porto.

I went in saying, give me Bayern, so you don't hold that up over me.

I don't want Porto proved that they were better than Juventus.

Porto have won a Champions League in this century.

This is not a flat track by any means.

But prior to the draw, Chelsea were probably, I think, somewhere in the neighborhood of

seventh, eighth, longest odds to win the Champions League.
