As I said we're going to talk about routine prenatal care and a little bit

about different studying techniques today. One of the things that we're going to find a little bit different

right off the bat today and as we move forward is I'm going to have some questions

right up front for you to think about as far as routine pre-natal care and OBEGOS.

And what this is going to do is it's kind of prime your brain to start pulling up data

and pulling up information is going to help you to retain more of the information that we

cover today. I'll talk in more detail as we move forward throughout this season about these techniques and

about some things I'm working on and why they work and why they help.

You will find them a little uncomfortable as we start out.

Asking questions up front beforehand people are going to say, oh, I don't know this information yet,

but just the physical act of stopping and thinking about the material helps you to retain it moving forward,

even if you get the questions wrong, even if you're not sure about the answers,

as long as we go over the right answers in the next few minutes like we will be doing,
