0:35.4	In chapters 10 through 13, Paul defends himself against those in the current Thean Church
0:41.6	who refused to listen to him and instead chose to listen to false teachers who were better
0:48.4	orators and foolishly boasted in themselves and their abilities.
0:54.2	It can be tempting, as we study, to think this message was only for the current Theans,
0:59.8	but Paul's message about humility and sufficiency in the grace of Christ applies to us even today.
1:07.8	Chapter 10 begins this final section of Paul's letter and his direct address and appeal
1:14.0	to those who reject the gospel and his apostolic authority.
1:19.6	Paul defends humility within the ministry and the fact that he wasn't a flashy orator
1:26.0	nor does he have to be because the gospel speaks for itself.
1:32.0	Humility is the mark of a true apostle and Paul mentions the meatness and gentleness
1:37.5	of Christ as an example in verse 1.
1:41.1	Paul's prophets and teachers will condemn themselves by their boasting, but true ministers
