Summary

When I travel around the country and ask rooms full of people whether they struggle with anxiety or control, the entire room raises their hands. Many of us aren't entirely sure why our chests are tight, why we're spiraling in fear, many of us have very real life circumstances that give us reason to be afraid. God wants to meet us in this place and I want to talk about fear in this episode.
