Well, my cub is dead.

We will find his murderer, but I need all of you.

It was November 2016, and Mary Rich and her husband Joel were frustrated.

It had been four months since their son Seth had been murdered in

Washington, gunned down an apparent botched robbery. But there had been no

progress in the investigation, no suspects, no arrests.

So Mary and Joel flew to Washington

to make a personal appeal.

There had been other robberies in the neighborhood
