0:58.3	Saline, you've worked at Bellevue Hospital on COVID previously. You were in the hospital this week. How is it different now than it was when you were treating COVID patients, say in April or March.
1:16.4	You know things really have changed Ron. I would say
1:25.2	heading into the hospital for a shift back in March in April felt almost like you're like I don't know heading into the death star or something I mean it was this sense of impending doom and you would go in and it just felt like we didn't totally know what we were doing. I mean not to say that we
1:36.0	know everything there is to know about COVID now but it very much felt like it was
1:41.2	trial and error and trying to figure out what works, what doesn't.
1:44.7	And so that definitely feels more at least a little more comfortable now where we have a better
1:50.0	handle on some of that and you know just just feel like we're a little bit more in
1:57.2	control of things now. People are hearing on the news it's coming down in
2:02.2	New York it's better in New York how much down or
2:05.8	better does it feel inside Bellevue Hospital yeah I mean we definitely have fewer cases and that said you still have parts of the hospital that
2:20.2	had not previously been used for hospital beds that are still being used for ICU beds.
