I want to talk a little bit about you and just your your mindset right now on the podcast we're talking a lot about emotional health and emotions and I can imagine that you've experienced a lot of emotions that might be even inhabiting or you had to deal with as you run at that level.

What has that been like for you?

Yeah, the book talks a lot about it just in terms of, you know, for so long kind of those emotions consuming who I was in terms of just being afraid of my results being tied to who I was and my identity and you know my value being found in

whether or not I was a winner and whatnot so a lot of fear over the years but you know Christ has been kind and

helping set me free from that and allow me to to walk and in this case run in faith
