Hey, I'm excited to get to be here and get to have this conversation with you.

So let's talk about your life.

Let's talk about your story because it all begins there.

And before I start, I want to say that we're going to address some really difficult

things today because your passions come out of your own story as well as your compassion for so many people struggling specifically with suicidal thoughts and ideation, depression.

So we're going to go into some dark territory.

I like to give a heads up before we head there.

But Gloria, if you can just high-level tell everybody a little bit about your story and your journey that has led you to do what you do today.

Yeah, absolutely. That's a great question.

So also great to provide that trigger warning because I think sometimes when we talk about these difficult things,

it can be triggering for people who are still walking through healing.

So being mindful of that is important.
