This just-in mortgage rates, according to Fannie Mae, have gone up to 6.75%. They were at 6.72 percent up just a little bit in the economic news.

And the PPI numbers turned out not to actually

be zero. Turns out the PPI number is revised a slightly upward. So yeah, things are not as perfect

as we were led to believe. And also last month's PPI number was revised up. I remember

what people said when Biden kept revising up numbers in hindsight. In any event, we got to talk

about the California high-speed rail because God bless Donald Trump for killing this thing.

There is a high-speed rail line. I have not been on it.

I've actually been very curious to take it called the Bright Line, and it runs from Miami to

Orlando, and it is a private rail service, and they were able to build it pretty rapidly in Florida.

The website is go brightline.com, and this thing runs from Miami up to Orlando.

It gets you, I think, into downtown Orlando.

Yeah, it goes from Miami to Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Bocriton, West Palm Beach, and Orlando.

And it is a high-speed rail line. They have intentions, I think, to run it through further over to Tampa, allegedly.
